At 50 I just had my best experience at a car dealership, Claude Gendron, the sales person, was great he went above and beyond to get my vehicle ready next day.. They even lent me a brand new Nautilus until mine was ready..

During my initial visit to Ford 440, I arrived punctually for my scheduled tire replacement, having purchased the tires from the dealership. The attending representative was cordial and professional, promptly informing me of a vehicle recall, offering to address it concurrently with the tire replacement, assuring me of a swift process. I consented and inquired about the duration, to which I was informed of an approximate 2-hour timeframe. When asked whether I preferred to wait or leave the vehicle, I opted to wait.
Upon the representative's return after the estimated time, I queried the delay, to which the response cited difficulty in locating the tires. I reiterated that they were in the trunk, having provided the wheel locks at drop-off. Subsequently, an additional 1:30-hour wait ensued.
Upon settling the invoice, I sought clarification once more regarding the prolonged duration. The representative attributed the delay not to the recall but initially to tire location issues, further mentioning a single operational tire balancing machine and simultaneous work on other vehicles by the technician. In summary, my experience left me markedly dissatisfied with the overall service provided.

I had reserved a Mustang Mach E and waited over a year for its production. With the year-long wait and an increase in the vehicle price, I almost cancelled my order for another car; Derek’s dedication and vision reassured me that the Mach E was the ideal vehicle for me. Derek worked relentlessly to offer a good trade-in value for my previous car. In addition, he sought an identical replacement to my vehicle, excluding the preinstalled Bluecruise option, to deliver the Mach E at an affordable monthly lease price.
I highly recommend Ford 440 and Derek’s service. I am delighted to choose Mach E as my first battery-electric vehicle.
